Conclave Pakistan held its much-awaited annual event, Women of Pakistan focusing on dynamic women who had contributed immeasurably to society and their country at large, and their arduous journey. The exclusive event was attended by corporate personalities, celebs, socialites, media and enterprising women from various professions. It provided a magnificent platform where audiences could come in direct contact with high-achievers, allowing them to interact with them and realize that they are normal people but with a different approach to life and success.

The event started with recitation of the Holy Quran and national anthem by Z International School, followed by a welcome note by the organiser and AMPAK BDF co-organiser. Iftikhar Ali Shallwani, commissioner, Karachi was the special guest on the occasion. Discussions with various Icon women — Rehana Leghari, Sheeba Shah,Shehla Raza, Misbah Khalid,Ayesha Omar, Shehreyar Munawar, Farhat Rasheed, Rasheed Jan Muhammad, Ronak Lakhani, Nazafreen Saigol and Maheen Rehman — took place in which they shared their success stories.

Among the worthy award-winners were Syeda Shahela Raza, Iftikhar Ali Shallwani, Rehana Leghari, Sidra Iqbal, Ronak Lakhani, Nazafreen Saigol, Shanaz Ramzi, Maheen Rehman, Ayesha Dedhi, Professor Dr. Najma Patel, Raza Pirbhai, Nida Yasir, Yasir Nawaz, Sheeba Shah, Shireen Anwar, Sheheryar Munawar, Farhat Rasheed, Rasheed Jan Muhammad, Palwasha Basheer, Nomi Ansari, Sania, Umair, Dr Farha Essa, Hira Mani, Nageen Rizvi, Ayesha Omar, Mehreen Humza Tabani, Komal Rizvi, Saboohi Zeeshan Lohya, Mehreen Kashif, Sarwat Yasir, Samra Muslim, Anila Murtaza, Ayesha Chundrigar, Nadia Hussain, Dr Sana Durvesh, Reeda Sheikhani, Ayesha Ali Khan, Maha Memon and Fauzia Aman. Posthumous awards were presented to late Fauzia Wahab and Mariam Mukhtar Shaheed.
The programme ended with a live performance by Majid Ali Sabri and brothers, after which dinner was served.
